Welcome to The Lynn Community Middle School Campus website. We are proud to be Lynn Cougars! We are excited to be the first Community School here in beautiful, sunny, Las Cruces, New Mexico!
LMS Community School Information
Since 2017 LMS has been a community school. Community schools differ from "traditional" schools in that the school transforms into the hub of its' community. In addition to the obvious educational services, LMS provides ancillary services such as basic medical and dental care, after school programs and activities, and numerous other support services in our community.
Cougar Leadership and Teamwork
LMS Magnet Programs
Lynn Middle School offers three magnet programs of study that allow students to explore concentrated curriculum in the areas of Art, Engineering and Media. Students gain valuable hands-on experience in their particular field of interest. Additionally, each school year culminates with a field trip relevant to the Magnet Program that they attended.
